Founders
The SaHo (Sapling of Hope) Foundation was founded by Padachala Nageswara Rao (Nagesh), driven by a personal mission to uplift children from single-parent households in rural areas. After losing his father as an infant, Nagesh was raised by his mother, Shri Subbamma, who worked tirelessly to provide for him and his sister despite their limited means. His mother’s strength and dedication deeply influenced Nagesh, instilling in him the values of resilience and compassion that would later shape his professional journey.
After establishing a successful career in IT and founding Nichebit Softech in 2012, Nagesh, along with his mother and wife, PV Suneetha, committed to making a difference in the lives of single-parent children during the 10th anniversary of Nichebit in 2022. This commitment led to the creation of the SaHo Foundation, which aims to provide essential resources and support to children facing significant challenges. Nagesh's vision is to offer the kind of help he wished he had in his own childhood, ensuring that these children have opportunities to thrive.
At the SaHo Foundation, we believe in a holistic approach that goes beyond financial assistance. We focus on education, skill development, and emotional support, striving to create lasting positive change in the lives of the families we serve. By actively engaging with these families, we aim to plant seeds of hope that will grow into sustainable pathways, empowering every child to reach their fullest potential and build a brighter future.
